Details: John Abraham – GM, Net Promoter with Satmetrix will be joining us on October 10th to discuss the new Net Promoter Certification that is currently under development and will be launched in January 2008. John is responsible for the business unit at Satmetrix that runs the Net Promoter online community, conferences, and related offerings and is interested in hearing your input.
